Shri Adarsh Kumar is a retired government servant with extensive experience in government administration, institutional processes, human resources, and policy-related matters. He served as Joint Director in the Ministry of Information Technology and Communication and has also worked as an Under Secretary with the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA).
He has served as Deputy General Manager (HR) with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and as a Specialist Consultant with NICSI (National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated), gaining valuable experience in human resource management, organisational administration, technology-enabled governance, and public-sector functioning.
With his diverse experience across government institutions and public-sector organisations, Shri Adarsh Kumar brings valuable expertise in administrative procedures, governmental processes, human resources, technology-enabled governance, and policy formulation.
He is presently associated with Chhabra Legal Advisers as a Consultant & Advisor, providing professional guidance and strategic inputs on administrative, governmental, policy, and institutional matters.
